The Story

BOTANICA.CT is located in Balik Pulau, 5km from the town center of Balik Pulau. BOTANICA.CT is born out of the vision of a local veteran of multiple industries in Malaysia.

About the Builder

BOTANICA.CT is being developed by MTT Properties & Development Sdn Bhd which was established in year 2005. MTT Properties & Development Sdn Bhd is a subsidiary of Malaysia Trade & Transport Co Sdn Bhd (MTT).

Together with all the other subsidiaries, commonly known as MTT-Priority Group of Companies, MTT has a 50-year track record in stevedoring, barging, shipping, total logistics, international freight forwarding, customs brokerage and road transportation.

And in 2006, Dato’ Seri Kenny Ong, the Group Executive Chairman established MTT Properties & Development Sdn. Bhd. as part of MTT-Priority Group’s diversification in its business development.
